Common use of Grant of Subscription Clause in Contracts

Grant of Subscription. 2.1 Unless otherwise specified in a Statement of Work and subject to payment of the Subscription Fee, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, Bynder will provide to Customer a subscription during the applicable Term to: (i) access and use the Product according to the number of Users specified in the Agreement; (ii) access and use the Product exclusively for the Customer’s internal business purposes; and
