Board Oversight 1. Within 60 days of this Agreement, the board of directors of the Bank shall submit to the Reserve Bank a written plan to strengthen board oversight of the management and operations of the Bank. The plan shall, at a minimum, address, consider, and include:
Project Oversight Inspection and acceptance of the Work shall be performed by Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Project Manager of the Planning, Development & Facilities Department of the District. The architect for the Project is (N/A to this project) (“Architect”), and the Project Manager on the Project is Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, (“Project Manager”)
Oversight The Licensing Officer shall oversee the quality of the services provided by the Licensee and the reasonableness of the prices charged. The Licensing Officer may advise the Licensee from time to time of any source of dissatisfaction and request correction.
Supervision and Oversight The Contractor shall be solely responsible for providing supervision and oversight to all the Contractor’s personnel that are assigned to the Agency properties pursuant to this contract.
Professional Development Committee There shall be a Professional Development Committee composed of at least two (2) representatives of the Association and an equal number of representatives from the Hospital. Each party may have alternates to replace a member from time to time.
Administration of Medication Employees required to administer or apply medication(s) prescribed by a qualified medical practitioner, will be trained at the Employer's expense. Employees who have not received this training will not be permitted to administer such substances.
SUPERVISION AND CONSTRUCTION PROCEDURES 4.3.1 The Contractor shall supervise and direct the Work, using his / her best skill and attention. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for all construction means, methods, techniques, sequences and procedures and for coordinating all portions of the Work under the Contract. All aspects of the Project shall be subject to the inspection and approval of the State. Contractor guarantees to repair, replace, re-execute or otherwise correct any defect in workmanship, materials, or the like that fails to conform to the requirements of this Contract or that appears during the progress of the Work or within one year of final acceptance by the State.
ADMINISTRATION OF THE CONTRACT 2.2.1 The Architect will provide administration of the Contract as hereinafter described.
Appointment of Stewards A. The Union will certify to the Employer in writing a xxxxxxx or stewards and alternates in accordance with the fol- lowing general guidelines. Delegation of Powers Subject to any limitations set forth in the Act, the member(s) may delegate any of its powers to officers of the Company or to committees consisting of persons who may or may not be member(s). Every officer or committee shall, in the exercise of the power so delegated, comply with any restrictions that may be imposed on them by the member(s).
