Grant Period. The grantee will have up to three years from the start of the fiscal year in which funds are appropriated to complete the project. If the project is not completed within three years from the start of the fiscal year in which funds are appropriated, the contract shall be terminated and the project funds shall be reverted to the Authority, unless the Authority authorizes an amendment to extend the project agreement.
