Period of Option Sample Clauses

Period of Option. Unless the Option is previously terminated pursuant to this Agreement, the term of the Option and this Agreement shall commence on the Date of Grant and shall terminate upon the tenth anniversary of the Date of Grant. Upon termination of the Option, all rights of the Optionee (including, without limitation, his or her guardian or legal representative) hereunder shall cease.

Period of Option. The term of the Option shall be for a period of ten ---------------- years from the date hereof, subject to earlier termination as provided herein. Prior to the expiration of the Option, Optionee may exercise the Option for portions of the total option stock granted only in accordance with the vesting schedule set forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto.

Period of Option. This Option may be exercised as provided herein at any time from and after the Date of Grant until 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on the date that is six months and one day after the Date of Grant or if such date is not a business day on the next succeeding business day (the "Expiration Date"). Upon the occurrence of the Expiration Date, all rights of the Company hereunder, with respect to the Option, shall cease.

Period of Option. This Option shall expire on the earliest to occur of: (a) the tenth anniversary of the date of this Agreement; and (b) 90 days after the termination of the Executive's employment with the Company for any reason.
