Common use of Grant Period Clause in Contracts

Grant Period. 7.1 The grant period starts on the date set out in the Schedule ("Contract Start Date") and ends on the earlier of: (a) the date 24 months after the Contract Start Date; and (b) the date this Agreement is terminated under clauses 6.4(c) or 8, ("Grant Period").
