Common use of GRANT RECIPIENT PERSONNEL Clause in Contracts

GRANT RECIPIENT PERSONNEL. 24.1. The Grant Recipient will seek the Authority’s prior written approval before creating or replacing staff in posts where they are responsible for delivery of the Funded Activity. The Grant Recipient will appoint replacement staff with appropriate qualifications and experience.
