Common use of Grantee Repayment Clause in Contracts

Grantee Repayment. System Agency may elect to collect liquidated damages as set-off against payments then due to Grantee or that become due at any time after assessment of liquidated damages. System Agency may take repayment from funds available under this Contract, active or expired, or obligations. System Agency may also elect to collect liquidated damages through direct assessment and demand for payment delivered to Grantee.
