GRANTING CLAUSE THIRD. All of the Corporation’s rights with respect to any contracts for the construction or acquisition of the Project Facilities, including without limitation the Project Facilities Contracts (as defined in the Facilities Agreement); any insurance or condemnation proceeds with respect to the Project Facilities or any portion thereof and the proceeds of any other collateral granted hereunder or assigned hereby as security for the Obligations.

GRANTING CLAUSE THIRD. All of the Corporation’s rights with respect to any contracts for the construction or acquisition of the Project Facilities, including without limitation the Project Facilities Contracts (as defined in the Facilities Agreement); any insurance or condemnation proceeds with respect to the Project Facilities or any portion thereof and the proceeds of any other collateral granted hereunder or assigned hereby as security for the ObligationsSeries 2020 Bonds.
