Granting licences. The Recipient may grant licences to its results (or otherwise give the right to exploit them), including on an exclusive basis, provided this does not affect compliance with their obligations. Exclusive licences for results may be granted only if all the other Recipients involved in the same Project concerned have waived their access rights.
