Common use of Grantor Certifications and Reports Clause in Contracts

Grantor Certifications and Reports. The County has the right to request any information or documentation related to the Program from the Grantor. Grantor shall provide any information, documents or certifications requested, from time to time, by the County with respect to the Program’s operational and financial condition which the County reasonable deems necessary to substantiate Grantor’s continuing compliance with the provisions of this Covenant and Colorado law.
