Common use of Graphics Clause in Contracts

Graphics. Landlord shall provide and install, at Tenant's cost, any suite numbers and Tenant identification on the exterior of the Premises using the standard graphics for the Building. Tenant shall not be permitted to install any signs or other identification without Landlord's prior written consent.

Any other signage related to Tenant's occupancy shall require Landlord's prior written consent and shall be installed at Tenant's cost. All such letters and numerals shall be in the standard graphics for the Building. Tenant Building and no others shall not be used or permitted to install any signs or other identification on the Premises without Landlord's prior written consent.
