Common use of Green Attributes Clause in Contracts

Green Attributes. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, beginning on the first day of the Green Attributes Delivery Period and continuing until the last day of the Green Attributes Delivery Period, Seller shall convey and sell, and Buyer shall purchase and receive, those Green Attributes associated with the Delivered Energy. (i) Seller represents and warrants that Seller holds the rights to such Green Attributes from the Project and Seller agrees to convey such Green Attributes to Buyer as included in the delivery of the Product from the Project subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. (ii) As set forth above, Seller shall convey only that amount of Green Attributes required to meet the Total Quantity and shall do so only during the Green Attributes Delivery Period.
