Green Cleaning/Recycling Program. Tenant shall cooperate if and to the extent Landlord implements a green cleaning program and/or recycling program for the Project, and hereby agrees that the reasonable costs associated with any such green cleaning and/or recycling program shall be included in Operating Expenses.
