Gill, listed in that certain Order to Cease and Desist, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ution, Order for Administrative Penalties and Consent to Same, dated February 26, 2003, or any of his Affiliates. Borrower shall immediately provide written notice to Lender upon any payment on the Indebtedness described in the previous sentence.
