Grievance Exemption. In addition, except as specifically abridged, delegated, granted or modified by this agreement, all of the rights, powers and authority the Board had prior to reaching this agreement are retained by the Board and remain exclusively and without limitation within the rights of the Board, which are not subject to the grievance procedure.
