Professional Growth Plan A written plan, self-directed or jointly developed between the teacher and evaluator, designed for the sole purpose of continuing teacher growth focused on areas identified in the teacher’s observations and/or evaluation. Evaluation Committee A The Association and the Board agree to establish a standing joint Evaluation Development Committee for the purpose of establishing the procedure and process, including the evaluation instrument, for the evaluation of teachers in the District and to regularly review the effectiveness of the procedure and process, including the evaluation instrument, for the evaluation of teachers in the District.
Professional Growth Program There shall be a Professional Growth Program in place for all classified employees. Professional Growth is an organized activity designed to improve performance of employees in the classified service and to provide training for employees to gain new skills and abilities, to broaden their opportunity for promotion, to engage in study and related activities designed to retain and extend the high standards of the classified employee.
Joint Job Evaluation Committee The parties entered into agreement December 17, 1992, to ensure the Joint Gender- Neutral Job Evaluation Plan remains current and operational and to that end endorsed the Joint Gender-Neutral Job Evaluation Maintenance Agreement. The parties agree that a guiding principle for the Committee is that there shall be no discrimination between male and female employees wherein a person of one sex is paid more than a person of the other sex for similar or substantially similar work.
Professional Growth Professional growth is the continuous purposeful engagement in study and related activities designed to retain and extend the high standards of classified unit members.
Teacher Professional Growth Plan 9.1.1 Teacher Professional Growth Plans will consider but will not be required to include the School Division’s goals.
Joint Consultation Committee a) A committee known as the Joint Consultation Committee shall be established by the parties.
Education Committee (a) The Employer will establish an Education Committee for all employees in the facility, which shall include at least one representative from ONA members.
TRANSITION COMMITTEE 8.1.0 A transition committee comprised of the employee representatives and the employer representatives, including the Crown, will be established by January 31, 2016 to address all matters that may arise in the creation of the Trust.
UNION MANAGEMENT CONSULTATION COMMITTEE 28.00 The Union and the Employer agree to establish/maintain a Union Management Consultation Committee which shall be comprised of two (2) representatives of the Local Union and two (2) representatives of the Employer. A person designated by the Union and the Employer shall alternate as the Chairperson.
