Grievance Level I: Sample Clauses

Grievance Level I:. (1) The Grievance A grievance setting forth the facts and specific provisions of the agreement allegedly violated shall be filed in the office of the superintendent or his/her designee. The grievance must be in writing and must be filed within fifteen (15) days after the date of the first event giving rise to the grievance occurred. The grievance shall set forth any requested relief.
Grievance Level I:. 1. If an informal discussion fails to resolve the grievance to the satisfaction of the grievant, a formal grievance may be initiated in writing no later than seven (7) days after the informal discussion.‌ 2. The formal document shall be a clear, concise statement of the grievance, citing specific sections of the Agreement allegedly violated, misinterpreted or misapplied, the circumstances involved and the specific remedy sought.‌ 3. Within seven (7) days after the filing of the formal grievance, the immediate supervisor/principal shall investigate the grievance and give his/her decision in writing to the grievant.
Grievance Level I:. 1. The Union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or other authorized officer of the Local Union, with or without the employee, but at the employee’s discretion, shall submit the grievance or dispute to the Department Head in writing within (15) work days of its occurrence; if at any time the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or other authorized officer of the Local Union is aware of the grievance, he shall submit it in writing within ten (10) working days of his knowledge of its occurrence. However, in no case shall the grievance be considered by the Town if it is older then sixty (60) calendar days of its occurrence. 2. The Department Head or his designee shall respond to the Union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or other authorized officer of the Local Union within fifteen (15) work days.
