Grievance Mediation Stage. a) The parties may, on mutual agreement, request the assistance of a mediator. b) The costs of Grievance Mediation Services will be borne equally by the parties with the costs of representatives of each party to the mediation process borne entirely by that party. c) Timelines shall be suspended for the period of mediation.
