Grievance Procedure Inapplicability. These provisions are not subject to the grievance procedure contained within the collective bargaining agreement between these parties.
Grievance Procedure Inapplicability. The PAR process is not subject to the grievance procedure contained within the Collective Bargaining Agreement between these parties, nor to any grievance procedure contained within Board Policies or District Regulations. The PAR Panel shall address any complaints or issues raised by the Participating Teachers or the Support Providers. This Program in no way diminishes the legal rights of bargaining unit members.
