Grievance Procedure SECTION A - Definition. A grievance shall be an alleged violation of the express terms of this Agreement. An employee alleging a grievance must orally discuss the grievance with his supervisor within five (5) work days of the occurrence of the condition giving rise to the grievance. A work day shall be defined as any day that the Board Administrative offices are open for regular business.
