Grievance Time Limitations. Time limits at any step of the grievance procedure may be extended only by written mutual agreement between the District and the Association. In the event the Association does not appeal a grievance from one step to another within the time limits specified, the grievance shall be considered as being settled on the basis of the District's last answer.
