GROUND CONDITION. We have assumed there to be no unidentified adverse ground or soil conditions and that the load bearing qualities of the sites of each property are sufficient to support the building constructed or to be constructed thereon; and that the services are suitable for any existing or future development. Our valuation is therefore prepared on the basis that no extraordinary expenses or delays will be incurred in this respect.
