Examples of Extraordinary Expenses in a sentence
The Trustee may incur other Extraordinary Expenses if any lesser percentage of the Certificateholders requesting such action pursuant hereto reimburse the Trustee for the cost thereof from their own funds in advance.
Obligations other than Loans, including LC Obligations and Extraordinary Expenses, shall be paid by Borrowers as provided in the Loan Documents or, if no payment date is specified, on demand.
