Common use of GROUNDING AND BONDING Clause in Contracts

GROUNDING AND BONDING. Winstar at its expense will ensure that any microwave equipment placed on the rooftop collocation space or in the building shall be grounded and bonded according to BellSouth’s standards which shall be at a minimum consistent with industry standards. BellSouth agrees that grounding and bonding requirements shall be applied in parity to itself and other Interconnectors for similar types of equipment.
