Common use of Grounds for Termination by the Academy Clause in Contracts

Grounds for Termination by the Academy. This Contract may be terminated by the Academy upon a determination by the Academy Board of Directors that one of the following has occurred: (a) The Academy has lost its right to occupancy of the Physical Plant described in Section 6.11 and could not find another suitable physical plant for the Academy prior to the expiration or termination of its right to occupy its existing Physical Plant; (b) The Academy is insolvent or adjudged bankrupt; (c) The Academy has insufficient enrollment to successfully operate a public school academy and/or enrollment at the Academy falls below twenty-five (25) students.
