Common use of Grounds of Appeal Clause in Contracts

Grounds of Appeal. A Selection Appeal may be made on any one or more of the following grounds: (a) That the NZOC Selection Policy was not properly followed and/or implemented; or (b) That the selection decision was affected by apparent bias; or (c) That there was no material on which the selection decision could reasonably be based.
