Common use of Grounds Clause in Contracts

Grounds. a. One ground for dismissal or suspension is unsatisfactory performance as determined by an evaluation conducted in accordance with the Xxxxx Act and any negotiated contract provisions. b. The second ground or basis for dismissal or suspension is any one or more of the causes specified in Education Code Section 44932. c. When the ground specified in Subsection a. above is a cause for action, then a copy of the evaluation conducted in accordance with the Xxxxx Act shall be attached to the notice.
