For each project that collects groundwater level data, the Grantee will need to submit this data to DWR’s Water Data Library (WDL), with a narrative description of data submittal activities included in project reports, as described in Exhibit F, “Report Formats and Requirements.” Information regarding the WDL and in what format to submit data in can be found at: xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xx.xxx/waterdatalibrary/. In the near future, DWR’s WDL will be replaced by the California Statewide Groundwater Elevation Monitoring program (CASGEM). Once this Program comes online the Grantee will then submit groundwater level data to CASGEM. Information regarding the CASGEM program can be found at: xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xx.xxx/groundwater/casgem/. The following provides a list of documents typically required by State Auditors and general guidelines for Grantees. List of documents pertains to both State funding and the Grantee’s Local Cost Share and details the documents/records that State Auditors would need to review in the event of this Grant Agreement is audited.
