GROUP CONTRACT is the Agreement or other arrangement between CareFirst and the Group under the terms and conditions of which health services are reimbursed for, or provided to, employees or members of the Group. GROUP NEW BUSINESS is either :
GROUP CONTRACT. The consideration for this [In-Network] Group Contract is: (1) the Group Contract Application; (2) the payment of Premiums when they are due, and (3) the fulfillment of the Group’s obligations, set forth herein. CareFirst BlueChoice, Inc. (CareFirst BlueChoice) agrees to provide the benefits described in this [In-Network] Group Contract for a period of twelve (12) months beginning on the Group Effective Date stated in the Group Contract Application and from year to year after that, unless the [In-Network] Group Contract is amended or terminated in accordance with the terms of this [In-Network] Group Contract. [Group Name: [ ]] [Group Number: [ ]] [Product Name: [ ]] [Group Effective Date: [ ]] These provisions govern the relationship between the Group and CareFirst BlueChoice. As such, they may not be contained in the benefit guides that are provided for the use of Members.

GROUP CONTRACT. (1) If a representative acting on behalf of a group of customers applies for travel, H.I.S. will deem that the representative has all power of representation pertaining to conclusion, cancellation, etc. of the contract.
(2) The Person Responsible for Contracting is requested to present a list of group members by the date specified by H.I.S.
(3) H.I.S. shall be indemnified from liability and responsibility for money owed or expected to be owed by the Person Responsible for Contracting for the Members.
(4) If the Person Responsible for Contracting does not accompany the group on the travel, H.I.S. regards one of the Members appointed by the said person in advance as the Person Responsible for Contracting after departure on the travel.
GROUP CONTRACT. Great-West has issued this Group Contract to the Group Contractholder setting forth in substance the benefits, rights, and privileges to which the Group Contractholder is entitled under the Group Contract. Great-West has issued this Group Contract to the Group Contractholder in consideration of the application.
GROUP CONTRACT. The contract of group program issued to the Employer by WGA, which describes benefits and provisions for covered Participants and Dependents. July 1, 2021 and the same day of each following year. The entity to whom the Group Contract issued.
GROUP CONTRACT. The contract between the insurer and the group representative which regulates the insurance cover of the group members. Anyone who belongs to a predetermined group that is entitled to apply for or is automatically covered by the insurance. In this case, the group consists of everyone who is a customer of Qasa AB, who rents out their home using Qasa's service and has opted for the insurance. The party that has entered into the group agreement with the insurer, in this case Qasa AB.

GROUP CONTRACT. The contract between the insurer and the group representative, which governs the insurance cover that the group members may apply for. A valid group contract is a prerequisite for individual insurance contracts to be entered into under these insurance terms.
GROUP CONTRACT. The professional acknowledges having received a copy of the collective agreement in effect and having read it. The contracting parties declare that the provisions of this contract are subject to the provisions of the collective agreement.
