Common use of Group H - Normal Retirement Date Clause in Contracts

Group H - Normal Retirement Date. Effective July 1, 2002, the normal retirement date for a member of the SLT bargaining unit in Group H as of June 30, 2002 and a Police Telecommunicator in Group H as of June 30, 2002, will be when the member has met the following requirements: (1) has at least 5 years of credited service and has reached age 60, or (2) has at least 30 years of credited service and has reached age 50.
