Group Retirement Benefit Arrangements. 7.6.1 Except pursuant to the Plans3 or pursuant to any State Pension Scheme no Group Company is under any obligation or commitment (whether or not written or unwritten or of an individual or collective nature) to pay, provide or contribute towards any Relevant Benefit for or in respect of any current or former employee, director or other officer (or any spouse, child or dependant thereof) of the Group Company or any predecessor in business of the Group Company.
