Common use of GST Groups Clause in Contracts

GST Groups. If a person is a member of a GST Group, references to GST for which the person is liable, and to Input Tax Credits to which the person is entitled, include GST for which the Representative Member of the GST Group is liable and Input Tax Credits to which the Representative Member is entitled. GST means the goods and services tax as imposed by the GST Law together with any related interest, penalties, fines or other charges.
