GST payable. If GST is payable in relation to a supply made under or in connection with this Agreement then: (a) Any consideration to be provided for that supply under this Agreement is exclusive of GST; (b) Any party ("Recipient") that is required to provide consideration to another party ("Supplier") for that supply must pay an additional amount to the Supplier equal to the amount of that GST, at the same time as any other consideration is to be first provided for that supply; and (c) The Supplier must provide a tax invoice to the Recipient no later than 7 days after the day on which the Supplier receives the additional amount.
