Common use of GTE Guide and CLEC Profile Clause in Contracts

GTE Guide and CLEC Profile. SPRINT will order Services for resale directly from VERIZON through an electronic interface or fax. Except as specifically provided otherwise in this Agreement, guidelines for service preordering, ordering, provisioning, billing, maintenance and electronic interfaces are provided in the GTE Guide. In accordance with Article I, Section 3.1, VERIZON will not process resale orders until the SPRINT Profile has been completed and returned; and, if required, an advanced deposit paid.
