COVID-19 Protocols. Contractor will abide by all applicable COVID-19 protocols set forth in the District’s Reopening and COVID-19 Mitigation Plan and the safety guidelines for COVID-19 prevention established by the California Department of Public Health and the Ventura County Department of Public Health.

COVID-19 Protocols. User hereby acknowledges and confirms its commitment to holding the Event in a safe and hygienic manner and User shall take reasonable measures to protect its staff, agents, invitees and others from the spread of COVID-19 and other infections and diseases. User shall implement its own safety protocols and utilize measures during the entire Term for the safe and hygienic preparation, operation, and dismantling of the Event. Additionally, User has executed the attached Release included as Exhibit “D” in furtherance of User’s commitment to combat the spread of COVID-19. Notwithstanding any language contained in this Agreement to the contrary, the City expressly retains all rights and benefits of sovereign immunity in accordance with Section 768.28, Florida Statutes (2021). Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed as a waiver of sovereign immunity or as increasing the City's liability beyond any statutory limitation of liability.
COVID-19 Protocols. The Material Testing Consultant shall comply with the School District’s School year 2020-2021 Advancing Education Safety Protocols, as well as any revision to this publication, or any and all future safety and health protocols adopted by the School District related to COVID-19, including but not limited to: (i) all School District Consultants and Contractors and their Subconsultants and Subcontractors entering a School District facility must complete the health screener each day no more than three (3) hours prior to entry, which can be found on the School District’s website at ther following webpage: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/employeehealth/covid-19-pre-entry-screening-form/; and (ii) all School District Consultants and Contractors and their Subconsultants and Subcontractors entering a School District facility must wear masks at all times and must abide by social distancing guidelines. Failure to comply with the COVID-19 Protocols shall be an automatic Event of Default under Section 14.2 of this Contract. All School District Consultants and Contractors and their Subconsultants and Subcontractors must also comply with all applicable Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania Department of Health, City of Philadelphia, and Philadelphia Department of Public Health COVID-19 orders, regulations, guidances, and restrictions while performing Services under this Contract.
COVID-19 Protocols. The County and the Hotel shall coordinate to create a mutually acceptable protocol for: (i) path of travel for the entry and exit of the County’s program participants, including, without limitation stairs, elevators, and corridors, (ii) for pickup of and delivery of linens, towels, and trash, maintenance requests and other logistics including those set forth in Exhibit C. The County shall, and shall cause its program participants to, comply with the mutually agreed upon protocols established in accordance with this Section 23.2.

COVID-19 Protocols. You agree to comply with following requirements while on board or traveling to or from the Vessel: a. You will report any contact with a person infected with COVID-19 as soon as you become aware of such contact. b. When traveling to the Vessel, you shall wear personal protective equipment (PPE) recommended for travel and always comply with the health safety protocol requirements established by MMA; c. You will practice social distancing to the greatest extent possible, particularly when traveling to the vessel. d. COVID-19 Protocols. 2.1 Licensee understands that the College has put in place safety rules and precautions in order to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, which rules and precautions may be updated at any time. A negative Covid-19 test result will not be accepted in lieu of proof of vaccination in College areas covered by Key to NYC (e.g. indoor entertainment and recreational settings, indoor food service, indoor gyms and fitness settings). 2.3 Additionally, St. Xxxxxxx College requires that all persons on campus: • Wear a mask or appropriate face covering at all times while at St. Xxxxxxx College. • Use hand sanitizer before touching anything. • Discard all disposable protective equipment in the appropriate designated trash bin. • Practice social distancing to the extent possible. 1 Key to NYC requires that visitors and vendors display proof of vaccination (meaning at least one dose of a Covid-19 vaccination approved by the FDA or WHO) AND identification bearing the same identifying information in order to access: (1) indoor entertainment and recreational settings; (2) indoor food services; and (3) indoor gyms and fitness settings. COVID-19 Protocols. As we move towards a phased reopening of Wilmington Academy we have implemented some additional protocols and procedures in order to ensure the safety of staff and students. As a result, it is imperative students: ● attend the academy every day, in line with Government guidelines stating normal attendance procedures will resume with regards to absences, warnings and fines ● are required to wear full school uniform, including blazers, ties and school shoes (no trainers, vans or converse) ● bring their OWN equipment (2 pens, 1 red pen, 1 pencil, 1 ruler, 1 calculator) ● bring their OWN packed lunch where possible ● bring their OWN drink (water/flavoured water), in a bottle with their name on it, and NO fizzy/energy drinks ● MUST arrive at 8.30am and enter the academy through their designated year group entrance ● MUST go straight to their designated classroom as soon as they arrive at the academy ● who arrive late (after 8.45am) MUST enter through the main entrance and report to reception to sign in ● MUST leave the academy site promptly after dismissal ● MUST maintain social distancing as per the guidelines laid out by the Government at all times whilst on the academy site (including before/after school and at break times) ● MUST use the designated toilets for their year group ● MUST wash their hands regularly throughout the day and use hand sanitiser when appropriate ● MUST remain in their designated group for all lessons and social time, this is NOT negotiable ● MUST sit at their allocated desk/computer at all times, this is NOT negotiable ● MUST adhere to basic hygiene rules with regard to sneezing, coughing and tissue disposal (‘catch it, bin, kill it’) and avoid touching their mouth, nose and eyes ● MUST NOT cough or spit in the direction of any other person ● respond positively to the 4pp to maintain positive attitudes to learning and ensure safety for all staff and students ● who cannot follow the strict code of conduct will be sanctioned accordingly, and the Principal can use his discretion to enforce serious sanctions if appropriate, to ensure a duty of care for all staff and students (verbal warnings, detentions, isolation or exclusion can be used to deal with deliberate breaches of the code of conduct) ● MUST inform a member of staff immediately should they feel unwell Ideally, students would WALK, maintaining social distancing, to and from the academy to limit the number of cars accessing the academy site. The following terms must be followed for all community use permits within HCDSB facilities: − Any visitors attending indoor facility bookings are required to be fully vaccinated or medically exempt, in accordance with Ontario Regulation 645/21. User groups are responsible for ensuring that proof of vaccination and identity are verified for all participants prior to entering Board facilities.
