Common use of GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE Clause in Contracts

GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE. 5.1 Compliance with the guarantees of Section 2 shall be based on the conditions specified in that section, the Aircraft configuration of Section 3 and the guarantee conditions of Section 4. 5.2 Compliance with the takeoff and landing guarantees and the takeoff portion of the mission guarantee shall be based on the FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual for the Model 737-8.
