Common use of Guarantee of Rehearsal Hours Clause in Contracts

Guarantee of Rehearsal Hours. All ARTISTS engaged pursuant to Paragraph (b) (1) above shall be guaranteed not less than ten (10) paid rehearsal hours to be paid for at the rate of eighty- nine ($89.00) Dollars per hour as of 7/1/99; ninety-five ($95.00) Dollars per hour as of 7/1/00; one hundred two ($102.00) Dollars per hour as of 7/1/01. No free hours of rehearsal shall be permitted.

Guarantee of Rehearsal Hours. All ARTISTS Artists engaged pursuant to Paragraph (b) (1) above on a single-performance basis shall be guaranteed not less than ten (10) paid rehearsal hours to be paid for at the rate of eighty- nine fifty dollars ($89.0050.00) Dollars per hour as of 7/1/99; ninety-five ($95.00) Dollars per hour as of 7/1/00; one hundred two ($102.00) Dollars per hour as of 7/1/01hour. No free hours of rehearsal shall be permittedpermitted in conjunction with a single- performance engagement.

Guarantee of Rehearsal Hours. All ARTISTS engaged pursuant to Paragraph (b) (1) above shall be guaranteed not less than ten (10) paid rehearsal hours to be paid for at the rate of eighty- nine (following rates: $89.00) Dollars 238.30 $245.45 $254.04 $262.93 per hour as in each year of 7/1/99; ninety-five ($95.00) Dollars per hour as of 7/1/00; one hundred two ($102.00) Dollars per hour as of 7/1/01this Agreement. No free hours of rehearsal shall be permitted.

All ARTISTS Artists engaged pursuant to Paragraph (b) (1) above on a single performance basis shall be guaranteed not less than ten (10) paid rehearsal hours to be paid for at the rate of eighty- nine ($89.00) Dollars 148.18 per hour as for the first year of 7/1/99; ninety-five (this Agreement, at the rate of $95.00) Dollars 155.59 per hour as for the second year of 7/1/00; one hundred two (this Agreement, and at the rate of $102.00) Dollars 160.26 per hour as for the third year of 7/1/01this Agreement. No free hours of rehearsal shall be permitted.

Guarantee of Rehearsal Hours. All ARTISTS engaged pursuant to Paragraph (b) (1) above shall be guaranteed not less than ten (10) paid rehearsal hours to be paid for at the rate of eighty- nine of; Seventy-three ($89.0073.00) Dollars per hour as of 7/1/99; ninety-five ($95.00) Dollars per hour as of 7/1/00; one hundred two ($102.00) Dollars per hour as of 7/1/01. No free hours of rehearsal shall be permitted.

Guarantee of Rehearsal Hours. All ALL ARTISTS engaged pursuant to Paragraph (b) (1) above shall be guaranteed not less than ten (10) paid rehearsal hours to be paid for at the rate of eighty- nine One hundred ($89.00100.00) Dollars per hour as in each year of 7/1/99; ninety-five ($95.00) Dollars per hour as of 7/1/00; one hundred two ($102.00) Dollars per hour as of 7/1/01this Agreement. No free hours of rehearsal shall be permitted.

Guarantee of Rehearsal Hours. All ARTISTS engaged pursuant to Paragraph (b) (1) above shall be guaranteed not less than ten (10) paid rehearsal hours to be paid for at the rate of eighty- nine Eighty-four Dollars and Twenty-seven Cents ($89.0084.27) Dollars per hour as of 7/1/99; ninetyEighty-five seven Dollars and Sixty-four Cents ($95.0087.64); and Ninety-one Dollars and Fifty-nine Cents ($91.59) Dollars per hour as of 7/1/00; one hundred two ($102.00) Dollars per hour as of 7/1/017/1/2001. No free hours of rehearsal shall be permitted.

Guarantee of Rehearsal Hours. All ARTISTS engaged pursuant to Paragraph (b) (1) above on a per-performance basis shall be guaranteed not less than ten (10) paid rehearsal hours to be paid for at the rate of eighty- nine ($89.00) Dollars per hour as of 7/1/99; ninety102.56 for 2021-five (22, $95.00) Dollars per hour as of 7/1/00; one hundred two (105.64 for 2022-23 and $102.00) Dollars per hour as of 7/1/01108.01* for 2023-24. No free hours of rehearsal shall be permitted.

Guarantee of Rehearsal Hours. All ARTISTS engaged pursuant to Paragraph (b) (1) above shall be guaranteed not less than ten (10) paid rehearsal hours to be paid for at the following rate of eighty- nine for any necessary rehearsal hours: One Hundred Fifty ($89.00150.00) Dollars per hour as of 7/1/99; ninety-five ($95.00) Dollars per hour as of 7/1/00; one hundred two ($102.00) Dollars per hour as of 7/1/01hour. No free hours of rehearsal shall be permitted.
