SINGLE PERFORMANCE. 1) In the event the EMPLOYER contemplates engaging ARTISTS on a single performance basis, the EMPLOYER shall notify AGMA that they intend to engage such ARTISTS on a single performance basis, whereupon AGMA and the EMPLOYER agree to the negotiated minimum terms and conditions stated below.
SINGLE PERFORMANCE a. In the event the EMPLOYER contemplates engaging Dancers, Narrators, Singers, Choreographers, Stage Managers, Stage Directors or their Assistants on a single Performance basis, the EMPLOYER shall notify AGMA that it intends to engage such ARTISTS on a single Performance basis, whereupon AGMA and the EMPLOYER agree to the negotiated minimum terms and conditions stated below.
SINGLE PERFORMANCE. 1. In the event the Employer contemplates engaging Artists on a single performance basis, the Employer shall so notify AGMA. 2. All Artists, on a single performance basis, shall be paid not less than three hundred and fifty ($350.00) Dollars for each single performance in the City of Origination. If the Artist is required to perform outside the City of Origination the Employer will provide the Artist with a hotel room, explained under Accommodations Section 9.A.1. of this Agreement, plus standard meal money allowance.

Artists engaged on a Per Performance basis shall be guaranteed no less than one (1) performance fee for each week of engagement. This guarantee does not apply to those ARTISTS who are domiciled less than seventy-six (76) miles from Santa Fe, NM.

SINGLE PERFORMANCE a. When it is determined that additional Dancers are needed in a production, ARTISTS will be hired at either the AGMA Corps 1 rate, or at a negotiated rate, whichever is higher. If character roles are needed in a production, the EMPLOYER will make best efforts to use ARTISTS in these roles if the choreographer/▇▇▇▇▇▇ feels fit. The EMPLOYER will also take into consideration the rehearsal process and the coaching needs of ARTISTS prior to utilizing Rehearsal Directors for these roles. If full time salaried employees are utilized, no additional compensation shall be paid to them. If “non­full-time staff” are utilized, they shall be paid $150/performance payment for character roles. No additional compensation for rehearsals will be given.

  • Work Performance ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that all Services performed hereunder shall be performed on a best effort basis by employees, students, faculty, graduate assistants and staff having an appropriate experience and skill level and in compliance with the statement of work.

  • School Performance The School shall achieve an accountability designation of Good Standing or Honor on each of the three sections of the Performance Framework. In the event the School is a party to a third party management contract which includes a deficit protection clause, the School shall be exempt from some or all measures within the financial portion of the Performance Framework. In accordance with Charter School Law, the Authorizer shall renew any charter in which the public charter school met all of the terms of its performance certificate at the time of renewal.

  • Continuing Performance In the event of a dispute, the Owner and the Developer agree to continue their respective performance hereunder to the extent feasible in light of the dispute, including paying ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, and such continuation of efforts and payment of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall not be construed as a waiver of any legal right.

  • Full Performance The Owner and the Contractor hereby agree to the full performance of the Contract Documents.

  • Non-Performance The obligation of ECOLOGY to the RECIPIENT is contingent upon satisfactory performance by the RECIPIENT of all of its obligations under this Agreement. In the event the RECIPIENT unjustifiably fails, in the opinion of ECOLOGY, to perform any obligation required of it by this Agreement, ECOLOGY may refuse to pay any further funds, terminate in whole or in part this Agreement, and exercise any other rights under this Agreement. Despite the above, the RECIPIENT shall not be relieved of any liability to ECOLOGY for damages sustained by ECOLOGY and the State of Washington because of any breach of this Agreement by the RECIPIENT. ECOLOGY may withhold payments for the purpose of setoff until such time as the exact amount of damages due ECOLOGY from the RECIPIENT is determined.
