Guarantee Term. The Term of this Guarantee Period shall commence on the first (1st) day of the month following the date of Final Project Acceptance of the Work installed pursuant to this Contract and shall terminate at the end of the Guarantee Period unless terminated earlier as provided for herein. The Term of this Guarantee Period is twelve (12) years as defined herein.
