Contract Time and Project Schedule. 3.2.1 Within two (2) days of the Effective Date of this Agreement, the Consultant shall provide a Project Schedule, which must be approved by the City, and which shall become Exhibit “B” to this Agreement. The Consultant shall perform its services expeditiously in accordance with the time frames set forth in the “Project Schedule” attached as Exhibit “B”. Notwithstanding any language to the contrary, the total Project shall be completed, inspected, and approved within the requisite timeframe so as to comply with the City’s existing construction timelines in order to obtain substantial completion as evidenced by a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (“TCO”) no later than June 19, 2024 for Phase 2/3, October 23, 2024 for the Community Center component of Phase 4, and December 19, 2024 for the remainder of Phase 4, unless previously authorized in writing by the City Manager.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Work Schedule A 4/10 work schedule is four (4) ten hour days in a seven (7) day period, for a total of forty (40) hours per week.

  • Project Timeline The Project Timeline establishes a start and end date for each Phase of the Project. Developed during the Initiate & Plan Stage and revised as mutually agreed to, if needed, the timeline accounts for resource availability, business goals, size and complexity of the Project, and task duration requirements.

  • Change Order (5) The Change Order is then submitted to the Project Manager who immediately processes the CO with OPC as required by Bulletin 3.5 and BGS’ Contracting Plan.

  • Contract Time The period of time established for completion of the Project by the Contract Documents. Contract Time commences upon the date specified in the Proceed Order and ends upon the Material Completion and Occupancy Date, as it may be amended.

  • Construction Schedule The progress schedule of construction of the Project as provided by Developer and approved by District.
