Common use of Guaranteed Period Clause in Contracts

Guaranteed Period. For the purpose of Section 3, the guaranteed period refers to: a) The minimum period that must be granted to the Director to complete the preparation and shooting of the Film; and b) The maximum period during which the Producer can request the presence of the Director for the preparation and shooting of the Film for the fees mentioned in this section. If needed, the Producer can, however, request the presence of the Director for an additional period by increasing his fees on a pro-rated basis.
