AGREEMENT FLEXIBILITY 7.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, an employer and an individual employee may agree to vary the application of certain terms of this agreement to meet the genuine individual needs of the employer and the individual employee. Flexibility 13.1 The Employer and an Employee covered by this Agreement may agree to make an individual flexibility arrangement to vary the effect of terms of this Agreement if:
Labour Flexibility 25.1 An Employer may direct an Employee to carry out such duties as are within the limits of the Employee’s skill, competence and training consistent with the classification structure of this agreement, provided that such duties are not designed to promote deskilling.
Workplace Flexibility Where, for bona fide operational reasons the Employer schedules employees to work Saturday or Sunday, the following criteria shall apply:
Guarantees and Warranties All Work required by the Contract Documents shall be guaranteed and warranted for a minimum of one (1) year from the date of Substantial Completion unless extended by specific sections of the Contract Documents. All guarantees and warranties required by the Contract Documents shall be furnished by the Contractor and shall be delivered to the Authority before final payment on the Contract is issued.
