Common use of Guarantor confirmation Clause in Contracts

Guarantor confirmation. On the Effective Date the Guarantor confirms that: (a) its Guarantee extends to the obligations of the Borrower under the Finance Documents as amended and supplemented by this Agreement; (b) the obligations of the relevant Obligors under the Finance Documents as amended and supplemented by this Agreement are included in the Secured Liabilities (as defined in the Facility Agreement); and (c) the Guarantee shall continue to be binding on each of the parties to it and have full force and effect in accordance with its original terms and the amendments to the Finance Documents as amended and supplemented by this Agreement.

Guarantor confirmation. On the Effective Date Date, the Guarantor confirms that: (a) its Guarantee extends to the obligations of the Borrower under the Finance Documents as amended and supplemented by this Agreement; (b) the obligations of the relevant Obligors under the Finance Documents as amended and supplemented by this Agreement are included in the Secured Liabilities (as defined in the Facility Agreement); and (c) the Guarantee shall continue to be binding on each of the parties to it and have full force and effect in accordance with its original terms and the amendments to the Finance Documents as so amended and supplemented by this Agreement.
