A Guest Lecturer is defined as: (i) an employee who is invited, in writing, by the hiring unit and paid at a rate customary in the hiring unit or faculty or informed in advance that no remuneration will be paid; or (ii) another person, not an employee under this agreement, whether or not paid at the rate customary in the hiring unit or faculty.
