Guests or Visitors. 1. Residents are responsible for their guests’ behaviour whether they participated in, condoned or were aware of the guests’ behaviour or not. Anyone who is invited to, accompanied on, accepted or admitted to the residence property (which includes but is not limited to all residence buildings, parking lots, and surrounding grounds) is deemed to be a guest of that resident.
