Common use of Guest's Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Guest's Personal Property. All personal property of Guest kept on the Premises shall be at Guests sole risk, and Guest hereby waives all right of recovery which it might otherwise have against Host for any loss, theft or damage to Guest’s personal property.
