Common use of Guidelines for Complaint and Appeal Program Clause in Contracts

Guidelines for Complaint and Appeal Program. a) The Contractor's complaint and appeal program will comply with the Managed Care Complaint and Appeals Program Guidelines described in Appendix F, which is hereby made a part of this Agreement as if set forth fully herein. The SDOH and LDSS may modify Appendix F of this Agreement upon sixty (60) days prior written notice to the Contractor and such modifications shall become binding and incorporated into this Agreement without further action by the parties.
