C4 Contract Price During Extension of the Initial Contract Period C4.1 Subject to the Pricing Schedule and the provision in clause F6 (Variation), the Contract Price shall apply for the Initial Contract Period and following an extension pursuant to clause F8 (Extension of Initial Contract Period), to the date of expiry of the extended period, or such earlier date of termination or partial termination of the agreement in accordance with the Law or the provisions of the Contract. Interconnection Customer Compensation for Actions During Emergency Condition The CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff for its provision of real and reactive power and other Emergency Condition services that the Interconnection Customer provides to support the CAISO Controlled Grid during an Emergency Condition in accordance with Article 11.6.
OGS Centralized Contract Modifications OGS, an Authorized User, or the Contractor may suggest modifications to the Centralized Contract or its Appendices. Except as specifically provided herein, modifications to the terms and conditions set forth herein may only be made with mutual written agreement of the Parties. Modifications may take the form of an update or an amendment. “
Optional Extended Local Calling Scope Arrangement Traffic (5) special access, private line, Frame Relay, ATM, or any other traffic that is not switched by the terminating Party; (6) Tandem Transit Traffic; (7) Voice Information Service Traffic (as defined in Section 5 of the Additional Services Attachment); or, (8) Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic (or V/FX Traffic) (as defined in the Interconnection Attachment). For the purposes of this definition, a Verizon local calling area includes a Verizon non-optional Extended Local Calling Scope Arrangement, but does not include a Verizon optional Extended Local Calling Scope Arrangement.
Contract Duration and Annual Salary 1. The College hereby employs the Administrator in the capacity of Director of Adult Educational Development, Assistant Professor for one year, commencing on July 1, 2023 and terminating on June 30, 2024. The Administrator accepts such employment on the conditions hereinafter set forth, and any applicable provisions of the Board of Trustees Policy Manual. In the event of conflict between Board Policy and this Contract, the Contract shall govern.
Recovery of Schedule Delays During Last Sixty Days of Contract Time At any time during the last sixty days of the Contract Time that the Design Professional finds that the Contractor is behind schedule per the Contract Time, as amended, the Design Professional shall notify the Contractor in writing. Within seven days of the date of the Design Professional's notice, the Contractor shall prepare and deliver to the Design Professional and Owner a written plan explaining how the Contractor intends to bring the Project back on schedule. The Contractor's plan must provide sufficient detail to allow the Design Professional and Owner to determine the proposal's feasibility.
Contract Year A twelve (12) month period during the term of the Agreement commencing on the Effective Date and each anniversary thereof.
Extended Local Calling Scope Arrangement An arrangement that provides a Customer a local calling scope (Extended Area Service, “EAS”), outside of the Customer’s basic exchange serving area.
OPERATION OF PROPERTY DURING AGREEMENT PERIOD The Seller will continue to operate the Property and any business conducted on the Property in the manner operated prior to the Agreement and will take no action that would adversely impact the Property, tenants, lender, or business, if any. Any changes, such as renting vacant space, that materially affects the Property or the Buyer's intended use will be permitted only with the Buyer's consent.
Effective Date of the Contract The date indicated on the Contract or as otherwise specified therein.
