Habeas Corpus Case Credit. An appointment to represent a client on a petition for a writ of habeas corpus is one credit if Contractor does not represent the petitioner on the charge to which the habeas corpus case is related. Petitions filed at the same time or petitions with sequential numbers count as one credit. The appointment ends at the original disposition of that matter.
