Habendum. To have and to hold the Collateral and all rights hereby conferred unto the Indenture Trustee, its successors and assigns, forever, but in trust nevertheless for the benefit of the Specified Creditors (except as otherwise provided herein) and for the uses and purposes and with the powers and authorities and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, and the Indenture Trustee hereby accepts and confirms such trust.
